By accessing or using Spoolado ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

Spoolado is a trading education platform that provides interactive lessons, quizzes, journaling tools, analytics, and other educational resources related to financial markets. The Platform is designed for educational purposes only.

IMPORTANT: Nothing on Spoolado constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice.

• All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only
• Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions
• You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions
• Spoolado and its creators are not liable for any financial losses you may incur

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
• One person may maintain only one account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• Spoolado offers optional integration with third-party trading platforms (e.g., Rithmic, Tradovate) to import your trade history
• Your broker credentials are never stored on our servers, databases, or any persistent storage
• Credentials are transmitted securely (encrypted via HTTPS/WSS) and used only for the duration of the import request, then immediately discarded
• We only retrieve your trade/fill history — we cannot place orders, modify positions, or access your account funds
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect your broker account
• Spoolado is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platform outages or data discrepancies

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share, resell, or redistribute premium content or your account access
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or content

All content on the Platform — including lessons, quizzes, tools, graphics, UI design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Spoolado and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Content you create using our tools (journal entries, trade logs, notes) remains yours. Your trading data is stored locally in your browser and automatically synced to our servers when you are logged in, so you never lose your work. You may request deletion of all synced data at any time from your account settings.

• Paid features require an active subscription
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• All sales are final — no refunds will be issued for any purchases
• Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any educational content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spoolado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses from trading, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spoolado, its creators, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. All synced server-side data will be deleted within 30 days. Locally cached data remains on your device until you clear your browser.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page and the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Some links on the Platform, particularly in our prop firm comparisons and tool recommendations, may contain referral or affiliate codes. These support Spoolado at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products and services we believe provide genuine value to traders.
